What kind of images can I use in designing my own product?

It is not allowed to design obscene or inappropriate images or words in our costumes. Q swimwear reserves the right to cancel any costume design we deem inappropriate or obscene.

What about copyright?

Because you design the suit, you are responsible and accountable for the designs if they go to market. Q swimwear is not responsible in case you have designed a suit with images for which you have no rights. You will be held accountable.

The product does not fit, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns on swimwear designed by you.

Do you have a minimum purchase limit?

We have no minimum limits for printing products. However, if you place an order for a group of 5 or more, contact sales@qswimwear.gr as we offer group discounts.

Why does my logo appear on a white background?

Some image formats, such as JPEG, come with a white background. If you want transparency, you will need a PNG (no background) file of your logo.

What equipment is used in the printing process.

We use the latest dyeing technology to guarantee print quality and consistency.

Will the final product be the same as the product on the screen?

We took great care to ensure that the final product is produced as you see it on the screen. However, there may be slight color differences due to screen resolution, print differences, and RGB to CMYK conversion. We use a custom automated process that will take your design as you see it and turn it into suitable designs ready for printing. The appearance of the final product can also vary depending on the size of the uniform. Each size changes not only in proportions but also in shape. Our system tries to keep everything in place, but some variations may occur.

How do I upload an image?

Click the section, and then click the [+] button. You can upload as many images or logos as you need.

I lost a project I was working on, can I get it back?

Unfortunately, we do not save your designs until you click the save button on the preview screen. Try not to reload the page or use your browser's back button, instead of using only the controls provided on our website.
